Youth Education Programs
Little But Fierce is a theatre-oriented education class that introduces young students to Shakespeare's language and themes through games, writing activities, and interactive play. This fun educational opportunity for young students is TUITION-FREE thanks to support from Humanities Nebraska and community members like YOU!

6th - 9th Grade Students:
Tuesday, June 18th - Friday, June 21st: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Little But Fierce 2023 was held at Turbine Flats to help students beat the summer heat and unpredictable weather. Teaching Artists Jane Schiermeyer Hansen, Ann Marie Pollard, Sasha Dobson, and Reed Westerhoff introduced K-9 students to Shakespeare through sonnets, reenactments of scenes, and swordplay.
Little But Fierce 2024 will again be held at Turbine Flats.
